  8. This is wonderful group out there. But newbies do not get to learn much from them. I know there are few discussions on learning photography on their flickr group but the terminologies are so hard, they talk like everybody is a pro there. Overall these guys rock.

Thank you Muhammad Khabbab for feedback. I will pass on this to admins so that the discussions are kept to basic levels.

not everyone is a pro. For instance, I am not a pro. Only trying to be.

    Dear Muhammad Khabbab
You must be kidding… “newbies do not get to learn from them” ???
This comes from first hand experience: If an old parrot with half a brain and five thumbs on each hand like me can learn from these guys that anyone can… Believe me I read a lot about photography, but my learning curve has shot up more rapidly ever since I started hanging out with these guys ! Most of them are young enough to be my sons… but I have never been made to feel like an old turkey when I am with them… a piece of advice: if you dont understand at first ask again !
    PPA I can’t thank you enough !

PPA is doing excellent work to support and promote photography in Pakistan. I especially like the fresh angles, and the enthusiasm and proactivism of those involved to present Pakistan and its arts and artists positively and professionally. It is going from strength to strength through its online forums, and long may this continue.
